Stellantis and Dongfeng have signed a memorandum of intent to create a European joint venture — 51% Stellantis, 49% Dongfeng — using the same structure as the existing Leapmotor partnership. The JV will handle sales, distribution, purchasing and engineering of Voyah vehicles in Europe.

Manufacturing — Voyah cars will be localised at the Citroën plant in Rennes, France. Capacity: 400,000 units per year. Current load: under 25%, producing the Citroën C5 Aircross and Peugeot 5008.

Voyah in Europe — Dongfeng’s premium sub-brand, founded in 2019. Currently sells officially only in Norway and Switzerland, roughly 3,000 units in 2025. Broader EU expansion had been frozen by tariffs.

Parallel deal — Dongfeng plants in Wuhan will begin producing new Peugeot and Jeep models for export from 2027.

European pricing and model details have not been confirmed.
